with our Office of Accessibility Services (OAS).
- OAS is dedicated to enhancing the educational opportunities for students with temporary and permanent disabilities at West Virginia University (WVU) and all of its campuses. To ensure access to University programs, accessibility specialist work individually with students to help them achieve academic success.
- OAS is designed to help students who have already been assessed or believes he/she needs testing to be assessed with a disability.
- Disabilities can range from needing academic ( Academic | Accessibility Services | West Virginia University (wvu.edu), housing ( Housing | Accessibility Services | West Virginia University (wvu.edu) or transportation (Transportation | Accessibility Services | West Virginia University (wvu.edu) accommodations.
- Students will need to meet with a counselor every semester to possibly receive accommodations.
