CERTIFYING OFFICIAL
Mindy is a native of Wind Ridge, PA and moved to Morgantown, WV in 2010. She began her career at WVU in 2015, as a temporary employee for a year, answering incoming calls for the WVU HUB. In 2018 Mindy joined Student Financial Services as a Student Financial Services Coordinator. She held that position until 2023 when she joined the the Center for Veteran, Military and Family Programs and became a Certifying Official.
In this role, she assists with and certifies educational benefits for student veterans, current servicemembers and dependents receiving VA Education benefits. She states this role is perfect for her because she enjoys working with students and their families.
