CERTIFYING OFFICIAL
Jeff is a native of Elkins, West Virginia and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University. Jeff enlisted in the West Virginia Army National Guard while in high school. During his military career, he served in multiple Military Police units throughout the state, held various leadership positions, and deployed multiple times. He retired in 2021 with over 20 years of service.
Jeff returns to WVU to work for the Center for Veteran, Military and Family Programs. In this role, he assists with and certifies VA Educational Benefits for student veterans, current servicemembers and dependents. Before coming back to WV, he worked in various state and federal government agencies.
His educational background includes: Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Investigations from West Virginia University.
